Contract cannot be assigned, but can i rent it?
I just bought new house for my family. I had intent to rent old place that i bought on land contract. which im still under. Contract states. This agreement may not be assigned. Seller is giving me problem saying i cant rent it. I will speak with my lawyer next week. Does that sound right?
