After putting a house under contract

Silvia Xu
Posted
I am about to put my first deal under contract. I’d like some advices. What is the next step after signing contract with seller? opening escrow right away? Do I need to do anything else other than signing the contract with seller to secure my deal? What else I need to do to get my first deal through? Thank you very much in advance! Best, Silvia

Is this for buy and hold or wholesale?
