Cash advance to fund down payment

Hello, my wife and I are looking for our first flip. We have some money in the bank for a down payment and proof we can make the monthly payment on a hard money loan. We are a little short and are wanting to borrow $15k from credit card cash advances to fund the rest of the required percentage of cash needed. My question is will this be shunned upon by the underwriters for the hml? They will ask for bank statements and see how we acquired this cash.
