I just  wanted to confirm that the best school districts in the Houston, The Woodlands, and Sugarland Texas MSA are:

1. Tomball

2. Friendswood (Best school district **)

3. Pearland

4. Barbers Hill

5. Montgomery

I know Friendswood and Pearland are really good. I can't vouch for the others. Clear Creek ISD is also a top school district.

Friendswood/Pearland and even Alvin is a great area with great schools. Some parts of Pearland actually have AISD instead of PISD.

I refer all of buyers, sellers and investors to refer to that website and are concerned about school districts.

I live in CyFair school district. Jersey Village. And that's where I like to focus residential efforts at among other areas.

 Thank you for confirming this. I wasn't too sure if Niche was a reliable source before this. Now I know!

 Thank you. this is a great point. AISD is a C rating. We want to avoid this.
