Should I pass on it?

I went by to look at another absentee owner lead. I passed on it the minute I saw the house was located in a very poor, rundown neighborhood. My agent said that particular area has gotten a lot of cash sales. That was my only reason for going in that area. I have the urge to pass on what could have been a potential deal if I don't feel comfortable being in that neighborhood. That neighborhood had plenty of vacant damaged homes.
