I am finding a new crop of hedge funds coming into markets that I work that were never targeted before.

Anyone experiencing this?  or has the hedge funds that were in your markets have they curtailed their purchasing ?

From my vantage point as a mini hedge fund I guess you could call us we do about 300 to 350 transactions a year.. I see this putting

upward pressure on the locals.. and wholesalers. ?? Any thoughts or comments.
