Choosing a new market
Hi guys, I am an investor here in the Bay Area, I currently have 2 properties but am looking in a new market. I typically buy and hold and am also looking to get into wholesaling. A couple markets I’m currently looking around include
-San Diego
-Memphis
And possibly Phoenix.
Anyone have any other possible markets to begin investing in as well.
