Any Apartment REI in Inglewood / Los Angeles areas?

Hello guys how is going ? I invest in single fam props in Houston however I live in Woodland Hills CA. Looking for multi families in the Inglewood area anyone else investing there? Or recommend any commercial broker? Looking for a existing Apartment that needs rehabbing or In also willing to demo a old house to build new Apartment building. I would prefer Inglewood or any places up and coming with no rent control. Background of my self I own two flooring stores with twelve years of interior construction experience. I own five single family props in Houston currently.
