I’m looking at purchasing a new construction rental property with Texas Turnkey Properties. Their new construction have an equity capture of 10% which is good for me because I’ll pay with cash and do a cash out refinance and looking to get most of my money back for another.
Before I buy, I’d like to hear from other investors and see what their experience has been.
