Zoning 50 foot rule when building 3 or more units for RM-1
I heard there is a zoning rule in Philadelphia when you build three or more units on a lot. The zoning says that within each unit you must be within 50 feet drom the front door. Is this true? How do you get around this rule when you are building larger units that have multiple levels?
