Hello BP community, just put in a offer on a property I plan on wholesaling. The agent I'm working with on it isn't very familiar on how wholesaling works and I want to make sure I'm going about business the right way (my first deal). I offered a 25$ earnest deposit (is that too low?).
Anyway looking for an investor friendly attorney agent to help me look over a contract, any recommendations? Here in Wichita Falls, TX.
@Jacob Payne shouldn’t need a attorney to do a wholesale deal. I use $100 on my contracts but $25 earnest money is fine. Feel free to email me info if you need help as I’ve done several wholesale deals in Wichita Falls
Abundance not scarcity mindset.
