When the seller lies on the disclosure

I bought a house that I am currently living in but plan to rent out within the year.  I moved in 3 months ago and the basement has flooded twice since moving in.  The disclosure specifically says no water leakage, accumulation or dampness as well as no repairs or attempts to control any type of water.    The flooding has occurred as a result of two heavy rain storms.  If I would have been aware of this issue and it was disclosed, I would have never purchased the house.  They have lived in the residence for 5 years, and I have lived there for 3 months and have had this issue twice already.  I'm assuming it will occur every heavy rain storm.  It's blatantly obvious to me that they have lied on the disclosure.  Is there anything I can do?
