Looking for some insight in or around the jacksonville market

Good morning BP,

Hopefully im posting this in the correct sub-forum.

3 years ago my Wife and I moved out to fleming island just south of jacksonville and purchased a condo, fast forward 2 years, shes homesick and misses her family. We move back home but decide to rent out the condo. It doesnt cash flow we pretty much break even. Over the last few months the market seems to have caught fire and our once 115k appraised condo has multiple sales and listings in the same association in the 128k-140k range. Selling could go a long way in helping me secure some rental investments in my area but if the market continues the way its going Id like to maximize my profits. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
