Portfolio lenders in the DC area
Hi everyone.. Anyone in the DC area who has worked with local lenders to finance a rental? I did come across from HML's that has rental programs but hoping to know of others that's for long-term at a lower rate.
Same scenario however. It'll be a 2-unit townhouse so commercial lenders are out of consideration, and my DTI isn't the best for a few more months so need to find one that strictly looks at the investment property's value. Thank you!
