new construction question
Want to start with first new construction project. As of the first step, need to get started with land acquisition. Shall i go with regular real estate agent, or specialized agents on land acquisition/new construction site selection. Are there agents who have basic understanding on new construction/site selection? Of-course we will need to do the feasibility analysis, but having an agent with experience/knowledge in the area will be highly useful, i will think. This project will be in Pierce county.
