Brrrr strategy or sell this property?

I bought this property for $60k and rehab for $65k, I just sold one down the street to a cash buyer for $205k and they just rented it for $1900 a month , now am thinking if i should brrrr this property for the same $1900 rent amount since it has the same finish? What will you do? I also have one similar property with light rehab two blocks down that rents for $1600 a month. Also recommended a lender if you know one i can use brrrr, I have multiple rehabs going on now so not a good credit. Thanks 


It really depends on you. Do you want the cash flow or do you need some extra cash right now?

Maybe if you don't have any rentals it would be a good idea to rent this property out and make some cash flow on it.
