I want to buy from wholesalers - where can I find them?
I am an investor who has flipped 6 houses now and want to start purchasing buy and hold properties using the BRRRR method. I would like to take a look at what local wholesalers are selling to see if that can fill my pipeline with 1-2 purchases a month. I will be purchasing all cash and refinancing out of them. How can I find the wholesalers?
