Best place to move in NJ or PA for real estate investments
I currently live in Rockland County, NY. Since the property taxes increase substantially, and real estate being so expensive it is really to start real estate investment locally. Currently looking to sell my house and move to either NJ or PA to start real estate investment since the prices are relatively cheaper. Could you recommend me a decent place to move in to start real state investment? I need the following concerns factored in as well.
1. Commute not to be more than 1.5 hours to Manhattan
2. Decent school district
