Finding qualified buyers

Hello,

I am still pretty new to real estate investing. I was curious if there were any methods or techniques to finding qualified buyers for lease to own options. I don't want to find a tenant and after the terms are up, and they still can't get approved for a loan or can't qualify to purchase the property. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Roy
