Has anyone completed a SOFI mortgage?

I wanted to get a general idea of the mortgage process and requirements for the house itself (does it need to be in above average shape?)

Also how much did your closing costs come out to?

I've emailed SOFI but they're not really answering my questions... hoping for some real world experience.
