Finding a Good Timely Contractor in Cleveland - Recs?

Hi I am a CA based investor that is investing in properties in Cleveland. My realtor has some contractors but I know it's a very busy time before winter. Do any of you have any good leads, I have a duplex in Tremont and will likely pick up another multi unit 5+ in the Cudell area. If you have any leads or recommendations that would be appreciated, wanted to make sure prices are accurate and also of course getting scheduling would be a huge plus.
