I am beginning to explore what my options are in real estate investing and am reading up on FHA Loans. In regards to the Borrowers' front-end ratio, does that figure not take into account the rent cash flow that would be coming from the additional units?

Absolute best thing is to simply sit down with an fha lender.....they do this everyday and none of us could figure out how all the different criteria, exceptions, etc are really applied.
