Hi all,

I'm looking for Multi-Family Units in New Jersey preferably 3+ units, in a good area as I will be living there as well. I'm hoping to find a real estate investor friendly agent to help me through the process. I've already been pre-approved by a mortgage lender and waiting on the approval from a hard money lender, which I should have by tomorrow.
