Looking for advice in selling my duplex

I own a duplex on West Colfax area of Denver CO. I rent out the entire house to one tenant. It has a total of 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and kitchens. I redid the kitchens with new appliances, redid the hardwood flooring, put in new electricity, new lighting. I would consider selling but don't want to pay high broker fees. Any suggestions other than posting on Zillow and put a for sale sign up?

Statistics show you get more 馃挵 if you use a competent sales agent. 

People soliciting you here think you will be giving them a deal-stay away. 

Get an agent and market to the world.

    Create a package for it and blast it around to investors on BP.

    See if someone is interested in buying it off you and you can do a FSBO
