Anybody investing in Miami Beach ?
I am looking for condo in Miami Beach . I noticed that priced has been not moving since 2014-2015. My friend said it’s a buyer market in south beach now comparing to rest of south Florida ( seller market )
Any thoughts ?

real estate is hyper local so buyer seller market varies greatly by:
price ranges;
asset type (condo vs. SFRs);
specific location (Miami Beach-depends; vs. Brickell-buyers; vs. Westchester=sellers; etc.); plus some other specifics.
