How to market a house next door huge and ugly commercial lot
I am getting this house under contract tomorrow but it has this huge hideous commercial lot right next door of what it looks to be a dirt pit of sorts. I am thinking that this house is probably going to make a good rental for someone but how do I advertise it, should I offer the seller less for the unfortunate view?
