Looking for best investment location in Florida for st rental

We are looking to invest in a single family home that would serve as a vacation property in Florida. We are looking at Destin Beach, St. Augustine, and possibly Ft. Walton Beach. Does anyone have any knowledge of which one of these areas would have the best ROI for vacation rentals?
