Just curious how many of you have full time maintenance / handy man on staff? I have a guy that has been subcontractor basically full time with us but wants to be on payroll. I am not opposed to it but he wants way too much. Just curious as we currently own 200 doors and manage ourselves.... wondering those who manage around 200 units themselves who they have employed for their team
