Potential deal listed as coming soon on MLS

A listing appeared on the MLS today in a neighborhood I watch that has potential but it's listed as "Coming soon". The owner is a trust. That's as far as I've dug so far (just saw it five minutes ago). In this situation is there more to do other than sit and wait? This may be a naive question and I've already posed it to my agent as well but wanted to solicit opinions here.
