Hudson, FL I’m seeing 1,250 rents from RentOMeter.com on 90k to 100k homes. Market appreciation is pegged at double digits year over year! Since the Tampa Bay core area is getting overpriced. Is Hudson, FL ( hour north of Tampa) the next goldmine or am I missing something?
