Need Help Selling My Condo
I need help selling my condo. So long story short I need some advice. I am trying to sell my primary home which is a condo .We had 2 offer fall through because our condo is not warranible. Basically in our condo association too many of them are renter versus owner occupied. Thus banks will not give them a loan with less than 20% percent down. It is priced fair and is updated well. We owe 80000 and selling for 110000. Please help me with unloading this condo. Thank you.
