Any Medical / Lab Facility Investors?

Hi BP, 

I ran across an interesting opportunity in the Houston Area. A mid-size pharmaceutical company is moving out of state and needs to sell their headquarters. Plenty of office space, lab testing space, and a parking garage. 

Does anyone out there purchase pharmaceutical/lab facilities?
