is there a cap rate source
Hey, I am an investor and agent looking at deals all over the country. I seem to get stuck trying to determine the cap rate in markets I am not too familiar with and was wondering if there was a source out there to look up? Even a site where you could look up sold multis with prices and then I could reverse engineer. Thoughts?
