Hi All,
Can anybody share an assignable purchase agreement used in Colorado with me? Greatly appreciated and hope I'm not bending any rules by asking. Thank You
@Rich Pierro - here is a link to the forms provided by the state of Colorado Real Estate Commission You will pick based on the transaction type. For a basic residential offer the contract states:
2.2. No Assignability. This Contract Is Not assignable by Buyer unless otherwise specified in
Additional Provisions.
So in the additional provisions area you just state that the contract is assignable (with or without perimeters).
