Has any rehabbers or retail sellers have experience with offerpad or opendoor. I have a rehabbed property in a good neighborhood and I was trying out few things and was surprised to see the opendoor offer close to the market value. Can that be true or am I missing something here? Doesn't it make sense to go with them rather than waiting on the market for a retail buyer?
Nope. Use the magnifier search tool and you’ll find others have already done that. Don’t forget to deduct the 6-12% in fees. And be prepared for any repairs. But I’ve had reasonable offers form them though a few have mentioned 25% less than market offers.
