Hello I'm a real estate investor . I'm currently building a  buyers/ hard money lenders list for the  Mississippi area. I'm focusing on purchasing lots  as well as homes for flipping in Clinton , Ridgeland , Madison and Jackson.

Any referrals of hard money lenders with great terms would be greatly appreciated.
