Title co wants funds a day before close
I find it odd that the title co is asking that I wire funds the day prior to closing to "make sure the funds are present". In the past I have only wired funds on closing day (or provided check in person) and when I sell the other party wires funds to me on closing and often I don't receive funds til next day. What is the deal?
