I was driving around looking at open houses on Martha's Vineyard where I work, just to practice building confidence to talk to sellers and I may have stumbled upon what I think is a great deal for a flipper or even wholesaler. A 1600 sq ft  3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms house with a lot of land and another 1400 sq ft in an adjacent building that is ready to be converted into living space for the average price of what the main house goes for.
