Bought a foreclosure at auction...have questions

Hello Biggerpockets,

I have recently bought a condo foreclosure at auction in NY.  We have to close in thirty days, but I still have some questions:

1. What is the best way to get a mortgage fast? Would you recommend an alternative way to fund it? Does anyone have recommendations of brokers / banks you have worked with for this purpose?

2. It there a benefit of putting the property under a corporation?

This is my first sale at a foreclosure auction so any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!

Replied

did you bid on it without having the cash to purchase or financing lined up ahead of time??

if so you need to get moving.. to make sure you don't lose your deposit.
