Looking to connect with wholesaler or realtor in Newark NJ
Hi BP community!
I live and invest in NY currently and looking to expand my rental portfolio out of state as NY market is too competitive and mature.
I am interested in investing in Newark, NJ . Based on some research, I am eyeing at N. Ironbound or anywhere close to penn train station.The area seems pretty competitive already with lots of developments. However, I believe there are still room for appreciation given the proximity to NYC, Newark Airport, and all the development around. Looking for buy & hold, could do renovation work as well.
Looking to connect with experienced realtors with knowledge in this area. I am also open for suggestions on any other neighborhood in Newark or NJ investment in general! Thank you for reading my post and hope to make some good connection here on BP!
