Private Seller Vs. Realtor
So I have a friend that has a few real estate properties. I am trying to get into owning rental property. His properties seem to be right on point t with what the market is around my area. What are the benefits of buying from him instead of going to a realtor because he is not willing to cut me a better deal than anyone else in the area including a realtor.
