Zillow house searching

Hi BP fam, I have a question. When looking for houses on Zillow, sometimes it will say "Note: this house is not for sale or for rent. What does that technically mean? Should you not try to flip it(wholesale)? I've driven for dollars went back to search it and that's what it said on the majority of the houses. What does it mean? Thanks

In short, stay away from Zillow!  Quite possibly the worst website in existence for accuracy
