What would be a fair bid for this property?
I'm currently looking on a property in a quite respected and well beloved city in my country (Denmark for anyone interested)
This current property, is currently priced at 1750000 DKK - Which is around 235k euros.
The time it has been on the market is quite alarming, sitting at 2876 days so far.
What would be a good lowballing bid?
(This is going to be my first bid for any property, so let's make it a good one :) )
