Investing In Northen Kentucky

Hey Guys, 

I am looking for some feedback on the northern Kentucky market. I am looking to buy a single family home under 100K, in Covington KY to use as a rental. i am familiar with Covington and surrounding area, but I would love to hear from other investors.
