Best way to find a legitimate hard money investor in Madison AL
In process of acquiring the house next door. Kitchen was gutted and the current owner has decided to walk away and sell as is. Traditional banks have decided that since the home is not “habitable “ because the kitchen is torn out.... so I don’t want to spend my money on his house technically... what should I do??
