Does anyone have any thoughts or experience with using tiny houses for rentals?? Buy a piece of land on the edge of a city and sub divide it some how (mini trailer park??) with gas, electric and water to two or three parcels?  Market them as fashionable and hip to millennials.  

Thinking there could be some regulations on this? 

Any Idea how much it would cost to run the utilities? 

Could it be done?
