Hello BP.
I am looking to invest in the Detroit market and have been analyzing some deals. I want to use the brrrr strategy. I want to know how well has that strategy worked for others and also any advice you may provide on using this strategy in the Detroit market. Also how have you gone about finding hard money lenders?
I also would like to relocate to this market also to invest full time.
