Analyzing Mixed Use Multi Unit Properties

Dear BP Family,

When analyzing for Mixed use multi unit properties, can everyone weigh in on using the BP calculators for this subject?  Is there a substantial difference in utility of the calculators between a multi unit residential only versus the mixed use building with retail on 1 floor and the remainder residential?
