Can you wholesale a pre forclose home in Chap 13

BP, I am in Indiana. I came a cross a homeowner who is in Chapter 13 Bankruptcy and is 1yr behind in payments which equates to $12K in arrears.  Is it possible to wholesale this property while the property is included in Chapter 13?

What options do I have in structuring a wholesale deal?
