$111,000 per unit in Chandler AZ?
Just saw a deal close brokered by CBRE in Chandler AZ:
$1.7m for 16 units, or $111k / unit. The buyer is planning a re-position / value add strategy so it's not currently in Class A condition.
Is this the going rate in Chandler AZ right now for a value add deal? For anyone there local or familiar with the market, just curious.
